Golden Quesadillas

Ingredients

12 Low carb tortillas
2 lg Avocados, sliced
12 slices of bacon- cooked and drained - can be chopped or whole
2 C grated - shredded colby cheese

4 C Cooked shredded chicken

Side Dishes:
Sour Cream
Avocado Slices
Tomatoes or Salsa

Directions

Lightly oil iron skillet- place one tortilla on hot skillet- top with chicken, bacon, cheese and avocado. Top with another tortilla.



Let the tortilla crisp, the cheese melt, then flip the tortilla over to the other side.



Brown lightly on both sides- till crisp.



Cut in half and serve with side dishes.
