1/2 C chopped red or green pepper
1/2 C chopped onions
1/4 C butter
1 C chopped celery
1 C diced cauliflower
1 C diced yellow squash
1 C diced broccoli
3 C water

3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1 1/2 t Xanthan gum
1 1/2 C Heavy cream
1 T minced fresh parsley
3 C shredded cheddar cheese
