PEANUT BUTTER PUFFS

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbls. splenda
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, softened

Directions

Beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Add splenda and beat until mixture is stiff. Fold in peanut butter. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Additional Information

Great for Diabetics.

The whole batch contains 18.5 carbs
