Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza Stacks

Ingredients

1/4 C Purchased pesto sauce
12 Low carb tortillas
1/2 lb Pepperoni, finely chopped

3 C Shredded mozzerella cheese
1 (8 oz) Can pizza sauce or 1/2 C alfredo sauce

Directions

Spread the pesto on one side of four tortillas. Top each with a second tortilla to make four separate stacks.



Stir together the pepperoni and half of the cheese.



Sprinkle cheese mixture over second layer of each tortilla stack.



Top with remaining tortillas.



Spread top layer with pizza sauce or alfredo sauce.



Sprinkle with remaining cheese.



Place tortilla stacks on an ungreased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 425 F degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes of until cheese is melted.



To serve, cut each stack into wedges.

Additional Information

Carb counts vary depending on the carb count of the sauces you use. When purchasing sauce, look for sugar free or the lowest carb count you can find.
