Lobster in Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

3 Eggs
3 T Water
3 T Lemon juice
1/2 C Oil

3 T Heavy cream
1 t Splenda
Salt/fresh pepper to taste
2 C Cooked lobster

Directions

Beat eggs with water and lemon juice in double boiler, stirring constantly until sauce is thick. Remove from heat.



Slowly add oil, cream, splenda, salt and pepper.



Place lobster on serving plate, cover lobster with sauce.
