Ingredients

1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 C Water
1 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate
1/8 t Cinnamon

1/4 C Liquid Maltitol
1/4 C Water
1/2 C Heavy cream
1/2 t Vanilla extract
1/4 C Chopped nuts

Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.



Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetner, add cream and water slowly.



Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved.



Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cool.



When mixture begins to thicken, add nuts.



Turn mixture into a cold pan.



When firm, cut into pieces.
