Sonoran Chili

Ingredients

1/2 C Green spanish olives
1 lb Ground turkey
1 lb Turkey breast, cubed
1 Onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 T Olive oil

3 T Chili powder
7 ozs Canned green chilies, diced
1 (28 oz) Can tomatoes
1/8 t Ground cloves

Directions

Slice olives, set aside.



In a 5 quart pan over high heat, combine meats, onion, jalapeno, and oil. Stir often until meat is crumbly and browned.



Stir in chili powder, green chilies, tomatoes (with juice, break up the tomatoes), cloves, and the olives.



Simmer uncovered 1 hour.
