Italian Turkey Grill

Ingredients

8 Slices low carb bread
1/2 C Prepared sun-dried tomatoe pesto
4 Slices mozzarella cheese
4 Slices provolone cheese

8 ozs Thinly sliced deli turkey breast
8 Thin slices ripe tomatoe
Butter flavor PAM

Directions

Divide turkey into 4 equal portions.



Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon pest. Top 4 slices of bread with a slice or mozzarella, a portion of the turkey breast, and 2 tomatoe slices, and a slice of provolone cheese, top with remaining slices of bread.



Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot.



Cook sandwiches over medium to medium low heat until browned on the bottoms, about 5 minutes.



Spray tops of sanwiches generously with cooking spray and turn. Cook until browned about 3 to 5 minutes.
