Fall Memories Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

3/4 C Vanilla whey protein isolate
2 Egg whites
1 T Baking powder
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Ground cloves
1/2 t Nutmeg
1 Dash mace
1 Dash ground ginger

2/3 C Splenda
1 Dash salt
1 (12 oz) Can real pumpkin
1/4 C Heavy cream
3 Eggs
2 T Water
3 T Vegetable oil
2 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.



Oil a glass loaf pan and set aside.



Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.



Mix all liquid ingredients (including pumpkin) in a large bowl.



Add dry ingredients and mix with mixer for one minute.



Pour batter into prepared glass loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.



Allow to cool thoroughly before slicing

Additional Information

This is a very dense, spicy pumpkin bread.
