Ingredients

2 C Chopped rhubarb, fresh or frozen
1/2 C Splenda

1/4 C Water
1 t Grated orange peel

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.



Cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently until rhubarb is soft and sauce is slightly thickened.
