Thick Crust Pizza Dough

Ingredients

1 Package Atkins Country White bread mix
1 C + 3 T Beer

Directions

Place yeast in bowl and add beer.



Mix in oil and dough mix.



Roll into a ball and place in a bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.



Uncover and roll dough out to form a 14 inch pizza.



Place dough on a wire mesh pizza pan or pizza pan with holes in it.



Use any toppings you like.



Bake at 450F degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.

You can add italian spices, sun-dried tomatoe pesto, basil pesto etc. to the dough when mixing. Try a little parmesan or romano cheese in the mix also.
