Ingredients

2 Egg
1 1/2 C Heavy cream
2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 C Crushed pork rinds
1 C Onion, chopped

2 t Salt
2 lb Ground beef
1 1/3 C Tomatoe sauce
1/2 C Brown sugar twin
3 t Mustard

Directions

In a bowl, beat eggs and cream. Stir in cheese, pork rinds, onion, and salt.



Add beef and mix well.



Shape into 8 loaves and place in a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish.



Combine tomatoe sauce, brown sugar twin, and mustard. Spoon over the loaves.



Bake uncovered at 350F degrees for 45 minutes or unitl the meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160F degrees.
