Ingredients

4 T Butter
1 C Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 C Onion, chopped
2 lbs Ground beef
1/2 lb Ground pork
1/2 lb Ground veal

1/2 lb Ground ham
1/4 C Parsley, minced
Black pepper to taste
2 C Gruyere cheese
1/2 C Heavy cream
Sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Saute choped mushrooms and onion in the butter until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.



Add the cooked mixture to the remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheese for the top. Mix together and press into a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan.



Bake the meatloaf for an hour. Top with cheese. Let stand for about 10 minutes.



Slice meatloaf and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
