Ingredients

CRUST:

2/3 cup atkins bake mix
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
4 tbsp cream
1/2 cup cold water
TOPPINGS:

1/2 lb Bacon, fried crisp
1/2 lb Sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
1/2 lb Ham, fried, drained
2 C Cheddar cheese
5 Eggs
1/2 C Heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

CRUST:



Mix all ingredients together.



Spread in a parchment paper lined 9 X 13 baking pan.



Bake at 400
