Homemade Spicy Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

1 Poblano chile, roasted, seeded
1/2 C Tightly packed fresh cilantro
1 Bay leaf
2 t Dried oregano

1/2 C Tightly packed fresh italian parsely
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Freshly ground pepper
1/8 t Ground cumin
1/8 t Ground cloves
1 lb Ground turkey

Directions

In a food processor, place all of the ingredients except the turkey. Process until smooth. Scrape the mixture into a medium sized bowl.



Add the turkey and combine with your hands until the spice mixture is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.



Heat a skillet over medium heat. Form the sauasage into 3 inch patties. Fry the patties for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once until lightly browned.
