Mushroom Cream Pork Chops

Ingredients

8 One-inch thick pork chops
Seasoned almond flour for dusting
4 T Butter
1 lb Mushrooms
4 T Onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 t Xanthan gum

2 C Sour cream
2 C Chicken boullion
1/4 t White pepper
1/2 t Ground marjoram
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
4 T Ripe olives, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Dust chops, brown. Slice mushrooms and saute them quicly in the butter with the onions.



Heat boullion in a saucepan until boiling. Turn heat off. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Add xanthan gum, a little at a time until thickened.



Add seasonings, olives and cheese.



Place chops in a shallow casserole dish and top with sauce.



Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes until meat is tender and no longer pink.

You can place 4 cups of cooked spaghetti squash or cooked low carb pasta in the bottom of the casserole dish and place chops on top of it for a complete easy meal.
