Three Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1/4C Almond flour
2 T Cocoa Power
1/4 t Baking Power
5 packets of Splenda 5 (3 T + 1 t)

2 T Melted Butter(or sour cream)
1 T Water (or DaVinci',s Syrup- any flavor)
1 Egg

Directions

Mix everything in a 2 cup glass measuring Pyrex and cover with plastic wrap. Cut a small slit in the center of the wrap to vent. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute. (Mine took 1 minute and 20 seconds to cook). No greasing of the Pyrex cup is needed. Mine plopped right out.
