Ingredients

5 slices low carb bread, buttered and cubed
1 cup chopped, cooked turkey
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained and sliced
2 tablespoons dry onion flakes
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Parsley (optional)

Directions

Lightly mix the bread, turkey, cheese, mushrooms, and dry onion. Place in large greased casserole. Combine remaining ingredients (except parsley) and pour over bread mixture. Bake in 350
