NAPOLEON CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Ingredients

6 t Splenda granular
Bitters
6 t Cognac
6 T Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

1 750-ml bottle chilled champagne (preferably extra dry)
6 orange peel strips

Directions

Place 1 teaspoon of splenda in each champagne flute. Sprinkle the splenda in each flute with 2 dashes of bitters.



Pour 1 teaspoon Cognac over splenda in each flute.



Add 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier to each glass. Fill glasses with champagne. Garnish glasses with orange peel strips and serve.
