Wide Open Spaces Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

4 C Cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 C Turnips, diced
1/4 C Green pepper, chopped
1/4 C Sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 C Green onion, chopped
1/2 C Mushrooms, chopped
2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 C Freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 C Sour cream
1 C Cottage cheese
8 Eggs
1 t White pepper
1 t Thyme
Paprika

Directions

Mix all but the last ingredient together in a bowl.



Pour mixture into 2 ten inch pie plates and sprinkle with paprika. Bake mixture for 1 hour at 350F degrees.



Serve with sour cream and chopped fresh chives.
