Artichoke Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

8 Ozs Marinated artichoke hearts, drained
8 Ozs Cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 T Butter, softened
20 Ozs Frozen spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed dry

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.



Spread artichoke hearts in bottom of a greased casserole dish in a single layer.



Top with spinach.



Cream together the cream cheese, butter, and parmesan cheese. Spread mixture evenly on top of the spinach.



Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
