Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground lean ground beef.
italian seasonings
1 to 2 eggs
1/2 c. of pork rinds

low carb pizza sauce.. 1 jar - 10 oz
1 to 2 cups of various cheeses - Mozzerella, cheddar, etc.
chopped veggies -- Saute them.. what ever you have: onions, peppers, zucchini, brocchli, etc

Directions

Mix meat, pork rinds, eggs, and italian seasonings.

press into bottom of 9x13 cake pan...

Bake at 350 degrees until done. Drain any grease.

Spread pizza sauce and cheese.

Add sauted veggie topping. Add more cheese if you want.

Bake until cheese is melted.

Additional Information

Non low carbers... love this "pizza"
