1 C Almond flour
1/4 C Macadamia nuts, lightly toasted, cooled and ground fine
1/2 Stick of butter, melted
1/4 C Splenda
Filling:

7 1/2 Shots of espresso (1 1/4 cup)
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
4 large eggs, separated
3/4 C Splenda
1/4 C Heavy whipping cream
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Ground cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c Heavy whipping cream
1 t Davinci Gourmet Kalua coffee syrup
3 T Splenda
