Asian Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

3cups Soy Sauce
3cups rice vinegar
1 cup oyster sauce
1cup sesame seed oil
1 3lb trimmed beef tenderloin
1 cup fresh peeled/grated ginger
1/2 cup chopped garlic
1 cup chopped green onions

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the beef and green onions in a large bowl. Place trimmed tenderloin in large ziplock bag. Pour all marinade into bag covering the beef. Close bag, marinade over night. When ready to cook preheat oven 350-375 put tender on a rack in an uncovered roasting pan, baste with the marinade let roast 40-45 minutes. Take remaining marinade and pour into a sauce pan. Simmer for 45 minutes while beef is cooking and you will have sauce.

This beef is so delicious it's be best. You can slice it and eat it alone or over a spinach salad so many ways!

Slice beef in one inch slices the tender will be well on the ends and medium to medium rare in the center. Slice pour sauce on top, Sprinkle green onions on top if you wish. Serve over steamed broccoli or spinach or any of your favorite green veggies.
