Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients

WHITE SAUCE:

1/3 C Butter
2 Cloves garlic crushed
1/2 t Salt
2 C Heavy cream
1 C Chicken broth
2 t Xanthan gum

RED SAUCE:

2 c spaghetti sauce with 1/2 t red pepper flakes (best to make your own sauce)


Additional Ingredients:

8 oz Mozzarella
1/2 C Green onions chopped
1 t Dried basil
1/2 t Pepper
12 ozs Low carb pasta, cooked
2 lb. fresh crab meat
1 C Grated parmesan

Directions

Melt butter & garlic in saucepan, add xanthan gum & salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly, then remove from heat. Stir in cream & broth. Heat stirring constantly for one minute. Stir in mozzarella, onions, basil & pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
