Greek Chicken

Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts, Very large with skin on
Juice of 2 lemons
1/3 C Olive oil
1 C Water

5 Garlic cloves, minced
1 T Dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Chicken boullion cubes

Directions

Mix lemon juice and olive oil together.



Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic, salt & pepper.



Pour olive oil mixture over chicken. Pour water with boullion cubes dissolved in it over the chicken.



Bake chicken at 350F degrees approximately 1 hour. Baste chicken every 20 minutes with juices in pan. Chicken should be golden outside and no pink should remain inside. The juices should run clear.

Additional Information

The aroma of the garlic and lemon will drive you crazy! You will burn your tongue getting into it.
