Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

1 1/3 C Cottage cheese
1 C Heavy cream
1 C Mushrooms, sliced
3 t Chicken boullion
3 C Water

2 T Dried chives
1 t Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 ozs Chicken, cooked, cubed

Directions

In a blender, combine cottage cheese and cream. Blend until smooth, then pour into a saucepan. Add the mushrooms, broth mix, water, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the ground nutmeg.



Heat mixture, stirring over low heat until heated simmering. Add chicken and heat until thickened and heated through.
