Ingredients

4 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c Hot sauce (Franks is good)

2 T Vinegar
2 T Melted butter
Paprika to taste
Cayenne to taste
xanthan gum

Directions

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.



Mix all remaining ingrediets (not xanthan gum) together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.



Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.



When chicken is done cooking remove from crock and keep warm.



Add a 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum at a time until the sauce has thickened. Serve sauce with chicken for dipping.
