Baked Pecan-Dijon Catfish

Ingredients

4 T Heavy cream
6 T Dijon mustard
2 C Ground pecans

1/4 t Salt
8 Farm Raised Catfish fillets

Directions

Combine cream and mustard in a shallow pan. Combine pecans and salt in a separate shallow pan. Dip each catfish fillet in mustard mixture, then dredge in peacns, shaking off excess. Place catfish on a greased baking pan. Bake at 475 F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
