Ingredients

1 package(12 oz) frozen unsweetened raspberries
1\2 C Splenda
1\2 C Heavy cream

1\2 t Vanilla extract
Raspberries for garnish
Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

In food processor, process frozen raspberries until finely shaved, scraping bowl occasionally.



With machine running, add splenda, cream and vanilla extract, and process for 1 minute, or just until blended.



Serve immediately with fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish.
