Lazy Day Cobbler

Ingredients

1 Stick butter, melted
1 C Splenda
1 C Heavy cream
1 C Almond flour
1 1/2 T Baking powder


Sweeten the following to taste:
1 C Rhubarb, cleaned, cut into bite sized pieces
3 C Strawberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 F degrees.



Stir all ingredients (except fruit) together well.



Grease an 11 X 8 inch pan.

Place sweetened fruit into baking dish. Pour batter mix over fruit and bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
