Spinach Stuffed Ham Rolls

Ingredients

HAM ROLLS:

12 Slices Thick sliced deli ham
10 oz Pkg Frozen Spinach, lightly cooked and drained very well
1 C Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 C Sour Cream
CHEESE SAUCE:

4 T Butter
2 C Heavy cream
1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 t Xanthan gum

Directions

HAM ROLLS:



Mix the ingredients together until well blended. Spoon stuffing down center of each ham slice. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.



CHEESE SAUCE:



Melt butter. Add cream. Stir in xanthan gum a little at a time until thickened. Add cheese cook and stir until smooth and melted.



Pour sauce over ham rolls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
