Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

1 pkg.Skinless Chicken Thighs
6-8 pieces
(cut off excess fat)
A bunch of fresh sprigs of Rosemary (found in your produce section of grocery store)

Marinade:
1/2 cups olive oil and
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2-3 Tblsp. fresh garlic

Directions

Marinade: Mix up the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic together. Pour into a marinading dish, bowl or large freezer bag.

Preparing the chicken:

Take each thigh and poke a whole in the middle of the meat and run a sprig of fresh rosemary through the meat. Put them into the marinade. Do that with all the remaining sprigs and thighs. Any remaining rosemary sprigs. Tear off the leaves and add it to the marinade. Marinade the chicken for a couple of hours. Either use a grill pan or the grill.
