Frosted Pecans

Ingredients

1 lb Pecan halves
1/2 C Butter
1 C Splenda

1 t Ground cinnamon
2 Egg Whites, siffly beaten
1 Pinch salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 275F degrees.



Toast pecans for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool. Combine splenda, cinnamon, salt, and pecans and fold into egg whites.



Reset oven to 325F degrees.



Melt butter on a cookie sheet.



Spread mixture over the pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
