Ingredients

3-4 pounds of chicken (any type)
2 Tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

Combine butter, vinegar, water, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan. Heat until butter melts but not boiling.

Place chicken on hot grill and brush vinegar sauce over chicken ever few minutes, turn and repeat on the other side. Repeat again until chicken is cooked through.

Additional Information

This is especially good on cheaper cuts. The chicken comes out extremely juicy.

Comments

I have used a metal spray bottle (made for olive oil) to make coating the chicken easier, but a brush or even a spoon does fine.
