Laredo Chops

Ingredients

4 Large Boneless pork chops
1/3 C Salsa
1 (4 oz) Can green chiles

1 T Ground cumin
4 ozs Cream cheese
1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Season chops with salt, papper, and garlic powder and cook in olive oil until almost done.



Combine salsa, chiles, and cumin in a bowl.



Pour salsa over chops and stir into juices. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.



Top chops with cheese mixture. Chops are done when cheese melts.
