Raspberry Coffee Frappe

Ingredients

2 C Strong coffee, chilled
1/4 C Davinci sugar free raspberry syrup
1/2 C Heavy cream
18 Ice cubes

6 Scoops (1/2 cup each) Low carb ice cream, chocolate or coffee flavor
Low carb chocolate shavings

Directions

Place 1 cup of the coffee, raspberry syrup, and heavy cream and the ice cubes in a blender container. Cover and blend until the ice is finely crushed. Add the remaining coffee. Cover and blend on the lowest speed just until combined.



To serve, pour the coffee mixture into glasses. Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate shavings.
