Ingredients

1/2 C Splenda
2 t Cinnamon
24 Low carb tortillas, plain

6 C Cottage cheese
12 C Strawberries, stemmed and quartered

Directions

Mix together the splenda and cinnamon.



On griddle, heat 1 tortilla.



Place 1/4 cup cottage cheese in center of tortilla, top with 1/2 cup of berries.



Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of splenda mixture.



Fold up the bottom third of tortilla, then fold in both sides, leaving top open.



Repeat with remaining ingredients.
