Ingredients

2 teaspoon raspberry puree (place 2 teaspoons raspberries in blender and puree)
3 oz Davinci Gourmet sugar free Peach syrup
1 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
Crushed Ice
3 oz chilled, Italian sparkling wine such as Prosecco or Asti Spumante Brut

Directions

Place 1 teaspoon raspberry puree in the bottom of each champagne flute.



Mix the peach syrup, and lemon juice together. Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir, and add the champagne. May be prepared in a blender to produce a frozen drink.



Pour the peach mixture gently over the raspberry puree in each champagne flute and serve.
