Turkey Cutlets with Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

2 lb Turkey breast cutlets
1 Pint Mushrooms, sliced
2 Packets onion soup mix

1 1/2 C Heavy cream
1 (12 oz) Sour cream

Directions

Place turkey breast cutlets on bottom of large baing dish and cover with sliced mushrooms.



Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until smooth.



Pour sauce over turkey and mushrooms.



Bake at 350F degrees uncovered for 35 minutes (do not open oven).



Serve turkey with sauce and mushrooms.
