Savory Green Olive Bread

Ingredients

1 Box Atkins Country white bread mix
3 T Splenda
1/4 t Red chili flakes
1 1/2 t Ground cumin
1 T Coriander seed, crushed

1 1/2 C Pimento stuffed green olives, extremely well drained
1/2 C Olive oil
3/4 C Heavy cream
2 Eggs

Directions

Pour 3/4 cup of heavy cream plus 1/2 cup of olive oil, add the 2 eggs, splenda and spices in bread machine pan. Add bread mix to pan. Empty yeast packet (included) in center on top of mix. Select regular or basic cycle for the fullest bread development. About 3 minutes before the mix cycle ends, add the olives. Allow bread machine to cycle and bake bread.



Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Additional Information

Do not add the liquid ingredients that the bread mix calls for, follow the instructions above.
