Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

1 C Almond flour
1 t Baking Powder
1 C Splenda
1 C Heavy cream or low carb milk

1 t Vanilla
1 Egg
1 Stick of butter (1/2 c)
16 oz Blueberries (2 c)

Directions

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add all ingredients except the blueberries in a large mixing bowl. Mix well; then, when margarine is melted, pour the ingredients into the baking dish. Add the blueberries. Don't mix them in; just add them. Bake at 350F 30 - 35 mins until toothpick comes out batter clean.
