Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken tenders
1/2 C Sour cream
1/2 C Crumbled blue cheese
2 T Mayonnaise
2 T Heavy cream
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

1/4 t Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 C Cayenne pepper sauce
1 T Butter
1 bag (12 ounces) Precut celery sticks

Directions

Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken tenders, and cook until chicken just loses its pink color throughout, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, with fork, mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire, and pepper until blended.

Transfer tenders to small platter. Add cayenne pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon water to skillet; heat to boiling. Remove skillet from heat; stir in butter until blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with celery sticks, and blue-cheese dip.
