Cream cheese Frosted Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

BARS:

1 C Almond flour
1 C Splenda
1 t Ground cinnamon
1 t Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Ground cloves
3 Eggs
1 C Canned pure pumpkin
1/4 C Oil
2 T Water
FROSTING:

8 oz Cream cheese
1 t Vanilla extract
1 C Splenda/to taste
1/4 t Grated lemon peel

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add the eggs, pumpkin, oil and water; mix well.



Spray with pam an 11x7x2 baking pan. Bake in pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool.



FROSTING:



In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, add splenda, vanilla and lemon peel. Frost and chill for 15 mins, then cut. Refrigerate left overs.
