Gin& Tonic Gelee Shots

Ingredients

The gel
2 T Splenda
5 3/4 t Unflavored gelatin (measured from 3 envelopes)
1 C Premium gin
6 Limes, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds

Directions

Boil 2 cups tonic and splenda in medium saucepan, stirring until splenda dissolves. Pour remaining 1 cup tonic into large bowl; sprinkle gelatin over. Let stand 1 minute to soften.



Add hot tonic-splenda mixture; stir until gelatin dissolves. Stir in gin. Pour into 9x9x2-inch metal baking pan. Refrigerate overnight.



Using small sharp knife, cut around edges of gelatin to release from sides of pan, then cut gelatin into 1-inch cubes in pan. Using spoon, place 1 gel
