Ingredients

16 ozs Beef round steak, 1/3-inch thick
4 t Butter
2 1/2 C Cauliflower florets
1 Small green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 3/4-inch pieces

8 t Soy sauce
3 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 t Splenda
1 C Beef broth
2/3 C Sliced green onions
1 t Xanthan gum

Directions

Cut meat into 1/2-inch squares.



Brown meat in butter about 5 minutes.



Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic. Stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce. Cover pan and simmer until vegetables are barely tender, about 10 minutes.



Blend xanthan gum, splenda and broth. Add to meat mixture with green onions. Cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened.
