Hot Spicy Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

1 T Sesame oil
1/2 t Splenda
3 T Soy sauce
2 t Water
2 lbs Round steak, sliced
1 T Vegetable oil

2 Garlic cloves, crushed
5 Red chili peppers
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 C Sliced green onion
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 T Fresh, minced ginger

Directions

In a bowl combine sesame oil, ginger, splenda, soy sauce, water, and thinly sliced round steak; mix well and marinate about 2 hours.



In a skillet over medium heat, add oil, crushed garlic cloves, red chili peppers, chopped onion, sliced green onions, and sliced red bell pepper; cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.



Add the meat mixture, stirring, and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until done.
