Lemony Tuna Patties

Ingredients

1 12oz can chunk light tuna drained
1/2 c crushed pork rinds
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dillweed
1/2 c crushed pork rinds
2 tbsp butter

Directions

Combine tuna, 1/2 c pork rinds, onion, green pepper, egg, and lemon juice in bowl; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Mix dillweed with remaining 1/2 c pork rinds. Coat each pattie with the dillweed/rind mixture. Brown on both sides in butter in large skillet.
