Ingredients

6 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 tablespoons TABASCO brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, divided

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
1 cup water
2 large poblano peppers
4 tablespoons salted butter
1 1/2 cups (5 ounces) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 lbs Cooked spaghetti squash
2 tablespoons snipped chives

Directions

In a 1-gallon size heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag, combine chicken breasts, 1/4 teaspoon salt, white pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons TABASCO
