Ingredients

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 teaspoons splenda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons TABASCO brand Habanero Sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

In a small bowl, mix onion, thyme, splenda, salt, nutmeg and TABASCO
